The Forbidden Door is clearly wide open, as Hiroshi Tanahashi appeared on AEW Dynamite: Fight For The Fallen.
In a brief promo, the eight-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion discussed his impressive list of accomplishments, but he noted how he has never held the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship. For this reason, Tanahashi stated that he will challenge the winner of the title match between Lance Archer and Hikuleo.
