AEW wrestler Harley Cameron recently appeared on “The Wrestling Classic” podcast where she discussed her experience working with Saraya in AEW, her thoughts on being paired with Saraya and what she is learning from working with her.
In the podcast, Cameron shared that after QTV ended, she was wondering what next steps to take to keep her career moving. She decided to film some sequences at home and pitch some ideas for character transitions. She stated her admiration for Saraya and Ruby, stating they were inspirations for her to get into wrestling. According to Cameron, a few laughs and discussions later, the idea of her joining Saraya and Ruby came up, eventually culminating in a solid group with a great chemistry.
The wrestler also elaborated on her learning from Saraya saying she couldn’t believe she was working side by side with someone she used to watch and admire.
In another podcast, on “The Mark Hoke Show”, Wheeler Yuta talked about his decision to align with the Blackpool Combat Club after attacking Bryan Danielson at AEW WrestleDream 2024. Yuta confessed that he had to make the difficult choice between continuing alongside Bryan, a great influence in his life and career, and teaming up with Claudio and Jon who had world championships, one of whom he held a trios championship with.
Elsewhere, scriptwriter and director Luke Paron shared his experience working with Killer Kelly on his horror short, Arachnid, during an appearance on the “Cultaholic Wrestling” podcast. He revealed that the initial concept of the film was born in 2019 but was shelved due to Covid.
