In a recent episode of the podcast ‘Gorilla Position,’ WWE wrestler GUNTHER spoke openly about his wrestling partner, Ludwig Kaiser, his solo competition performance, and their group, Imperium’s current absence from the small screen.
Below are some prominent points from the podcast:
When asked about Kaiser’s solo run, GUNTHER was complementary. “Indeed, I was not surprised as I always saw potential in him. I guess it took him acknowledging that in himself. That was a significant step for him, and now he has the chance to establish himself solely without any tag team. It’s indeed a pleasure to watch it unfold. I believe he’s merely scratching the surface, and the forthcoming years hold a lot of exciting things for him.”
Responding to whether this implies the end of Imperium, GUNTHER disagreed. “Imperium is currently a duo. I think it’s crucial that he finds his footing solo. We’ll always share the bond and unite when necessary, that’s unwavering. But this doesn’t imply we should be constantly seen together on the screen. People are aware of our kinship and there’s no reason to believe it has disappeared. I’ve been a strong believer in managing my matches singlehandedly, not desiring or requiring support, and now he’s going to do the same. This will be a worthy experience to go through, apart from being a good path to tread on. If situations turn risky for either of us, we always know we have each other’s back.”
