Earlier this week, wrestling legend Bill Goldberg revealed that he has put together his wrestling team in readiness for what promises to be his last match, the date for which will be announced later this year.
According to reports from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the wrestling veteran and former champion of WCW/WWE has been working out alongside Ross, Marshall, Kevin Von Erich, and the former K-1 kickboxer, Tyrone Spong.
Goldberg and the Von Erich brothers reside in the stunning city of Boerne, Texas. Goldberg relocated his family from sunny California so his son could be part of their popular high school football academy.
Similarly, Kevin Von Erich relocated his clan from the idyllic setting of Kauai for identical reasons, paving the way for his grandson to secure a spot on the same football team.
The speculation is that Goldberg’s final and retiring match is set to take place at WWE SummerSlam 2025, even though the official confirmation is still pending.
