Congressman Tim Ryan upset a number of wrestlers when he criticized the State of the Union last night. “I just walked out of the #StateOfTheUnion,” wrote the Ohio Democrat. “I’ve had enough. It’s like watching professional wrestling. It’s all fake.”

The most notable person to take issue with the comparison to pro wrestling is Kane. The WWE legend, who is also the mayor of Knox County under his real name of Glenn Jacobs, went after the congressman on social media. “Sir, your statement is emblematic of the out-of-touch elitism, so typical of Washington, that has alienated countless everyday Americans,” wrote Jacobs on Twitter. “Professional wrestling brings joy to millions around the world. Politicans like yourself usually bring nothing but misery.”
