Giulia, in a recent interactive session with “Creators,” expressed her thoughts about the overwhelming response she received from spectators during her appearance at NXT: Stand & Deliver 2024, organized in April.
Animatedly, Giulia narrates, “Oddly, I didn’t feel the audience was clapping for me back then. When I rose, the entire auditorium echoed with a “Whoaaaaaa!,” making me wonder, “Could it be some renowned personality is here?” I even tried to confirm it by looking at the large display screen, but its position didn’t allow me a view (laughs). I was bemused when someone remarked, “That cheer was enormous!” I pondered, “Was that for me?” Reviewing the footage later, I noticed my comical expression and thought, “How mortifying!” Or rather, I dismissed, “It’s impossible that such a deafening cheer came for me!” The reaction was of a different magnitude than in Japan, and I was perplexed, questioning, “Is Dwayne Johnson here?” (laughs)”
As we’ve been keeping our readers informed on eWn, Giulia is gearing up to start her full-fledged career in WWE NXT. Because of her strong allegiance to Rossy Ogawa, she has been collaborating with Ogawa’s emerging promotion, Dream Star Fighting Marigold. Her last wrestling match in Japan is scheduled for August 19.
Giulia was officially signed by WWE earlier this year and is geared up to make her debut at NXT: Heatwave 2024.
