Professional wrestler Giulia disclosed on Tuesday that she will have her last match in Japan – for the time being – at Marigold happening on August 19th. Following that, she will be making her transition to WWE NXT.
When engaged in an interview with Tokyo Sports, Giulia voiced her thoughts about her plan to join WWE. She expressed,
“I was in two minds about this decision for a prolonged period, but now my resolve is unwavering. It’s my definite aim to establish a big name for myself and cause such a revolution that no one has ever seen. I have firm belief that the spectators that gathered at the venue (for the WWE Japan show) are in Japan.”
She further added, “To draw in those people, I currently need to address more specific issues and bring about progressive changes. Regardless, my presence is yet too minimal to make my viewpoints count, so I will soak up as much as I can over there, and I’m determined to make the world a better place. I aspire to give a boost to Japanese women’s wrestling, which I am so fond of.”
In related news, a match between Matt Hardy and Nick Gage has been scheduled for GCW’s ‘Now and Forever’ event, set to happen on August 2nd in Cleveland, Ohio.
