GCW submitted to oppose the hallmark AEW Fight Forever on March 1. This is the name of AEW’s upcoming computer game.
WrestlingInc reported Friday that GCW asked for a 90-day extension of time to officially oppose, which The United States Patent and Trademark Office approved the following day.
GCW’s opposition appeal notes they are requesting for 90 days to give and examine with the council. The file specified GCW is presently “participated in settlement conversations with the candidate,” describing AEW.
It needs to be kept in mind that GCW submitted their hallmark for the Fight Forever name in 2015, simply a couple of months prior to AEW applied for it. Video game Changer Wrestling likewise held a program in January of 2021 called Fight Forever.
