This week experienced several prominent departures from Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling, some of them might not be familiar to spectators.

Fightful Select has offered more information regarding these departures, more details can be found below:

  • Romy Glazer – An immensely popular marketing contractor, Glazer played a pivotal role in boosting TNA’s key performance indicators. She amplified the company’s marketing impact, expanding the email database to 140,000 and distributing more than 13 million promotional emails. Her collaborations with corporate giants such as VitaCoco and BLCKSMTH secured her a reputation. Glazer's marketing efforts contributed to the sell-out of numerous TNA+ events and resulted in significant content deals.
  • Rob Kligman – Joined as Chief Revenue Officer in the previous summer, Kligman was successful in generating nearly million in advertising sales in less than a year. This included lucrative agreements with brands such as Topps and VitaCoco.
  • Michael Shewchenko – As the Head of Digital Operations, he was pivotal in transitioning TNA to TNA+ and successfully shifting from on-demand to simulcast streaming, resulting in a two-fold business growth through the app.
  • Rafael Morffi – Despite not officially affiliated with TNA due to a non-compete clause, Morffi was influential in increasing live event presence and organizing key shows, including those at UBS Arena. It is speculated that sluggish ticket sales at UBS could have been a factor in his departure.
  • Sebastian Dastranj (Sebastian Suave) – Contributing widely to various domains such as marketing, merchandise, and social content, in addition to managing Smash Wrestling in Canada.
  • Ariel Shnerner – Shnerner's exit followed the takeover of Carlos Silva as TNA President. His departure was triggered following an incident at NXT where wrestling talent requested him not to be in the locker room, that was later addressed by Shawn Michaels.
  • The unexpected exit of Gail Kim, who was functioning as the Head of Talent Relations, surprised many. On her Instagram, the TNA Hall of Famer had the following to say:

“I Just wanted to extend my gratitude to the fans, friends and notably my colleagues for the immense support over the past few days. The overwhelming love I’ve received has assisted in processing this transition. I feel profoundly thankful for the years and opportunities I had in building what I always envisioned. The KO division is and always will be dear to me and all the women who were part of it. I would like to acknowledge the extraordinarily hard-working and enthusiastic TNA talent & crew I had the pleasure of working with. This will only be a hiatus for me in the wrestling world. One doesn’t put in 17 years of toil in a company and halt abruptly especially while harboring so much passion. I’m looking forward to unveiling my journey and taking some time off to prepare for the road ahead. Looking forward to what the future holds.

A HUGE THANK YOU ❤️❤️ and one last thing… The need of the hour is more women in positions of leadership, not less. ????????
