Former WWE Superstar Gabbi Tuft, previously known as Tyler Reks, has made a dramatic return to wrestling after almost ten years of absence. Gabbi, who was given her release from WWE back in 2012, announced last year her intention to reenter the world of professional wrestling.
In January, she began her intensive training preparation for what was to be a highly awaited comeback. She finally made her return at the West Coast Pro event held on June 25, which was aptly titled “Killin’ Them Softly.”
After the event, Tuft took to Twitter to share highlights from her match in the main event. She commended West Coast Pro and United Wrestling for providing her the chance to perform again, emphasizing on her and her opponent J-Rod’s thrilling 19-minute match that prompted chants of “This is awesome” from the excited crowd. She also expressed how grateful she was for the additional 10-minute promo segment.
She expressed her joy on Twitter stating, “Last night @jrodprowrestle and I went 19 minutes in the main event and tore the house down with ‘This is awesome’ chants. Thank you @WCProOfficial & @unitedwrestling for giving us the match time and the separate 10-minute promo segment to light the room on fire ❤️🔥 Full match and promo video coming soon! Mother is here…and she is building her family.”
The former WWE wrestler acknowledged the audience’s enthusiasm and appreciation for the comeback event, promising to share the full match and promo video in due time.
