Professional wrestler Fuego Del Sol has voiced his dissatisfaction with his journey at All Elite Wrestling (AEW), yet he refrains from pointing fingers at the company for these issues.
In a series of tweets, Del Sol revealed that despite being with AEW for two years, he only participated in nine TV matches, none going beyond the ten-minute mark.
He further clarified that his main objective during those performances was to enhance the image of his competitors, implying that supporters “haven’t really ever seen what I’m truly capable of.”
However, Del Sol was adamant not to portray his statements as an accusation against AEW for his less than stellar run with the company. He penned:
“I’m not blaming AEW for that because in hindsight, I should have fought harder to showcase myself more in matches that I did have. But I’ve always been of the mindset that you play the role that you’re given to the best of your abilities in hopes to earn a better role in the future.”
