Former WWWF Tag Team Champion Dean ‘Ho’ Higuchi Passes Away

Former WWWF Tag Team Champion Dean Ho, who wrestled alongside Tony Garea, has passed away at the age of 80.

Dean Ho (real name Dean Higuchi) began his career in 1962 in Pacific Northwest Wrestling and went on to wrestle over 100 matches in WWWF. His wrestling career came to an end in 1983 when he was with Vancouver All-Star Wrestling.

The news was reported by former referee Kevin Jeffries, who revealed that Higuchi had “Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy” (CTE) from his days playing football. You can see the full Facebook post below.
