Former WCW Star Charlie Norris Passes Away

Charles Norris, better known by his ring name Charlie Norris, was a professional wrestler who performed in the Midwest independent circuit and for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1993. He passed away on February 6, 2023 at the age of 57 due to heart failure after a long struggle with kidney disease.

From 1996-2006, Norris appeared on several independent circuit cards. Following his retirement in 2006, Norris resided on the Red Lake Indian Reservation and worked as a personal trainer at a gym in Red Lake.

Norris’ obituary was posted on Dignity Memorial’s website. The wrestling community has expressed their condolences to Norris’ family and friends during this difficult time.
