Former WCW Cruiserweight To Retire In May

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the former WCW Cruiserweight Ciclope (real name Jesus Ortiz who wrestles in Mexico as Halloween) has been so affected by the passing of the AAA Lucha Libre’s La Parka that he announced that he’ll be retiring after he does a show in May. Ortiz is 48 years old.

First Match Revealed For Bloodsport III’s Gotch-Robinson Cup

Just a few days ago, it was revealed that the upcoming Bloodsport III taking place in Tampa Bay will be hosting the Gotch-Robinson Cup Tournament and today the Bloodsport barker in Josh Barnett announced the first match in the event. It will be Hideki Suzuki vs. Thomas Santell.
