Kurt Angle, a well-known personality, has issued a public apology to those affected due to his unintentional involvement as a representative for a company selling Bitcoin.
Angle elaborated on Twitter that a Cameo video he made was used to endorse a Bitcoin company without his awareness or approval. His tweet read as, “Hey everyone, I want to make it known I am NOT involved in any bitcoin currency. A few overseas companies purchased a cameo and had me read something, and I am upset they tricked some of you. (Even me) For here on out I am going to be more cautious about who purchases my cameo so…”
Responding to a fan’s appreciation for acknowledging his mistake on the platform, Angle stressed, “I’m glad it was brought to my attention yesterday before anyone else got scammed.”
