Finn Balor Returns To WWE SmackDown

Finn Balor is back on Friday nights.
Finn Balor made his official return to WWE SmackDown this week, appearing during an in-ring segment featuring Sami Zayn. Cutting a promo about the fans being back in the arena, Zayn was in the ring trying to rally the fans behind him but ended up being cut off by Balor.
Zayn welcomed him back and tried to sucker punch him, but Balor telegraphed it and took him out with a dropkick and Coupe de Grace.
Balor makes his first appearance on SmackDown since 2019, when he was added to the roster as part of that year’s Superstar Shake-Up. Following a loss to Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam, he was moved to NXT where he reigned as NXT Champion for a second time.
