After appearing in the ring about a week ago, WWE superstar Fandango seems to be sidelined for some time now, as he recently took to social media to reveal that he’d undergone pretty serious surgery.

On his Instagram page, Fandango shared a photo of himself in a sling, where he revealed that he had undergone Tommy John surgery. It isn’t known exactly how he hurt his elbow, but he did joke that he would have a hard time pitching in the MLB now that he’s had the surgery. For those unaware, Tommy John surgery is often done to repair the Ulnar collateral ligament in the elbow, so it’s likely that Fandango hurt himself in some fashion between the last week. Rehabilitation from a surgery like this can take some time, but hopefully Fandango comes back even better than before.
