Over the previous weekend, WWE staged multiple live performances in Mexico, with the inaugural event kicking off on Saturday in Mexico City and another following up in Monterrey the next day.

These events showcased high-profile matches that included Damian Priest defending the WWE heavyweight championship against Jey Uso, adventures with Randy Orton, LA Knight, and Andrade countering The Bloodline, and the central event where WWE’s Undisputed Champion, Cody Rhodes emerged victorious over Santos Escobar. Nevertheless, Los Lotharios (Angel & Berto) were noticeably missing from the events.

According to a report from Fightful Select, the duo’s nonappearance was due to the fact that WWE already had sufficient star power spearheading the Supershows.

Angel took to social media platform, Twitter, to address his absence, sharing his dismay over missing the Monterrey event and promising to be present for the forthcoming one.

Other prominent WWE Superstars who participated in these events included the likes of Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. Also, the latest recruit in WWE, Stephanie Vaquer, marked her presence felt by scoring victories over Isla Dawn in her first two non-broadcast WWE matches.
