The upcoming episode of AEW Collision has announced a new match. Competitors Mark Briscoe, Kyle O’Reilly, and Orange Cassidy will compete against The Iron Savages. The match will take place on the Saturday episode of the show.
The updated list of matches for the upcoming AEW Collision edition includes the Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Semifinal Match featuring Adam Page against Jay White. Other matches include a bout between Toni Storm and Trish Adora, and MJF opening the show.
In a separate announcement, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) also announced that they have signed Reka Tehaka on an exclusive contract adding her to the list of recent exclusive signees that include Natalia Markova, Blunt Force Trauma, Aron Stevens, Bryan Idol, and others.
Tehaka debuted in 2019 and has previously made appearances for All Elite Wrestling, Women of Wrestling. Standing at approximately six feet, she is considered by NWA Chief Operating Officer Joe Galli to have all the tools she needs to stand out in the National Wrestling Alliance.
Despite an unsuccessful challenge to the NWA Women’s tag titles alongside “La Princesa” Tiffany Nieves against reigning champs Danni Bee and Charity King, NWA anticipates Tehaka’s promising career in the promotion.
These signings are part of NWA’s preparations for NWA 76, the annual celebration of the promotion’s founding in 1948. All NWA titles are set to be defended during NWA 76. The event will take place in Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena on August 31, and tickets are on sale.
