Ring of Honor (ROH) concluded its latest TV tapings for up-and-coming episodes on HonorClub, staged in Arlington, Texas last Sunday. Sightings from the event are set to include major reveals – here’s a SPOILER alert for anyone following.
In a surprising twist towards the finale of the TV tapings, Sammy Guevara made a comeback to the ring. Coming to the rescue of Dustin Rhodes, struggling with The Dark Order, Guevara emerged as an unexpected ally. A firm handshake was shared between Guevara and Rhodes subsequent to their joint effort in ousting their adversaries from the ring.
Guevara’s previous appearance was in a no holds barred encounter against Powerhouse Hobbs on AEW Rampage’s episode from February 24th. His absence since then had been chalked up to a suspension due to a concussion protocol snag during his match against the legendary Jeff Hardy the week preceding that.
At the time of detailing this report, there are no confirmed bulletins about Guevara’s possible tenure with the ROH franchise in future.
