Brian Knobbs, a beloved talent from his time in WCW, endured an emergency rush to the hospital. The former wrestler required an immediate blood transfusion owing to dangerously low blood levels.
An update about the alarming health condition of Knobbs, an ex-WCW Tag Team and Hardcore Champion, was shared via his Facebook page.
“Hey everyone, Brian was rushed to the hospital from the rehab center due to critically low blood levels. He had to undergo an emergency blood transfusion and is really struggling right now. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.”
To lend financial support to Knobbs—who is grappling with financial trouble after Hurricane Milton inflicted severe damage, a GoFundMe has been set up.
A severe foot infection, which is life-threatening, has impacted Knobbs’ ability to make appearances in wrestling circuits. Due to this, he also had to call off his scheduled appearance on the Jericho Cruise.
Knobbs made a name for himself in the wrestling world along with Jerry Saggs as The Nasty Boys. Together, they earned the title of former WWF World Tag Team Champions.
