During “The Takedown” podcast, ex-WWE NXT World Champion Ethan Page had nothing but praise for his on-screen contender, Trick Williams. Page had recently lost his WWE NXT world title to Williams on a recent NXT TV episode.
The podcast episode provided some remarkable feedback from Page, particularly on Trick Williams. He admitted, “I mean, he’s blowing my mind. That’s my honest assessment. For someone with such limited experience to do what he’s doing three years in, is truly exceptional. Compared to Williams, I’ve had over a thousand matches in contrast to his hundred. We might be in the same position, but I have much more experience”.
He also discussed how he is different from Williams. He mentioned, “We’re completely different when it comes to that experience. Yet, he should be proud of himself considering how well he’s doing. He has natural crowd connection, exceptional athletic skills, and great looks. He possesses that star quality factor. I’ll give credit where it’s due”.
Bron Breakker also recently appeared on “The Wrestling Classic” podcast where he discussed his childhood dreams of becoming a WWE star and his eventual transition to the company following a brief stint in the NFL.
Reminiscing about his passion for WWE, Breakker stated, “I always loved it. It fits like a glove; it’s like something I was born to do since the beginning of time.” He also discussed about his football career and his choice to join WWE stating, “When I got released from the Ravens it broke my heart a little bit, as I had put so much effort and dedication into making it there. But my heart was ready for WWE. It was time.”
