Ethan Page Pitched TNA Rebranding During iMPACT! Wrestling Tenure

On a recent episode of “The Ringer” podcast, Ethan Page shared his views about the rebranding of Impact Wrestling to TNA branding when he was associated with the company.

Unfortunately, the rebranding did not take place during Page’s tenure, and he subsequently moved on to AEW.

Interestingly, Impact Wrestling took on the TNA Wrestling brand last year during the Hard To Kill 2024 event.

Page expressed his views saying, “I’m indifferent personally. But as a fan, I’m all for it. I was a proponent of the TNA brand while I was at IMPACT, but the reactions were negative. People believed TNA had a bad reputation. Now it’s a different story. TNA is back and flourishing, much to my delight as a fan. The collaboration is outstanding. None imagined it would be possible, let alone teaming up with WWE. It’s mind-blowing.”

On a recent episode of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Ethan Page, the former NXT World Champion, discussed his WWE journey.

Page made the switch from AEW to WWE last year.

Here are some standout comments from the podcast:

About his progress in WWE NXT: “I’ve seen significant strides in my performance, thanks to the exceptional coaching, motivation, and support to help me become the best version of Ethan Page. My openness to learning has also played a part. This is a space that has, fortunately, given me the opportunity, and I aim to put it to the best use, as does the company with its talent.”

About the NXT team: “Personally, I believe it’s this attitude that’s resulting in a successful journey for me, and if others in the company are doing the same, we’ve got a team of champions. That’s fantastic.”
