Wrestling icon, Eric Bischoff, who has become well known in the Hall of Fame, delivered his review on the WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. Despite her role as a ‘heel’, or villain, in WWE, Bischoff shared his perception that her performance lacks genuineness.
Morgan reached the pinnacle of her career thus far when she clinched the championship during the WWE King & Queen Of The Ring event in 2024. Furthermore, her match against Becky Lynch on RAW ended with her successfully defending her title in a thrilling Steel Cage clash.
Bischoff voiced his critique on Liv Morgan’s WWE persona during his “83 Weeks” podcast. He particularly zeroed in on her alignment with the widely disliked character, Dominik Mysterio. Bischoff stated,
“Dom adds an intensity that is rare to a storyline that might be missing excitement, referring to Liv. She’s a villain, impersonating a villain character, however, what is lacking is an organic, genuine villain personality. I get the sense that she is incessantly striving to be a villain rather than naturally evolving into one.
“I think with Dom, that missing element I was talking about, could be the exact solution that would assist her to distinguish between trying to be a villain and naturally emerging as one, if that makes any sense.”
In the latest episode of RAW, Morgan escalated the drama by kissing Mysterio, which was considered surprising given his (storyline) relationship with Liv’s persistent adversary, Rhea Ripley.
