In a recent episode of his well-known podcast, “83 Weeks,” Eric Bischoff spoke candidly about the speculated Uncle Howdy faction in the world of wrestling. He shared his thoughts, expressing,
“Mixed feelings resonate within me. A part of me thinks how awesome it could be, considering the potential wave of coolness it might usher in for everyone involved, including Bray. However, the chances of success are perilously balanced and failure might be more devastating compared to the failure of any other concept.
“There’s bound to be so much attention on it and the result could swing either way. If it’s a hit, the results will be groundbreaking, but if it falters, it could be catastrophically bad. That degree of uncertainty makes me somewhat uneasy.”
Since WrestleMania 40’s Monday Night Raw, WWE TV has intriguingly exhibited several QR codes. These codes lead fans to mysterious hints and messages.
The consensus is that these cryptic breadcrumbs are paving the way for Uncle Howdy’s comeback, with Bo Dallas assuming the role, after his early 2023 exit from WWE programming.
The envisioned character of Howdy is anticipated to be the leader of a team with Joe Gacy, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, and Erick Rowan as members. Initially, it was conceived under the leadership of Bray Wyatt.
Despite several teasers on WWE TV broadcasts and social media platforms, the official date of the new team’s debut remains undisclosed.
