Enes Kanter was interviewed by former WWE creative team member Jensen Karp on the No-Sports Report. The interview consists of Kanter naming his wrestling Mount Rushmore, and his desire to play basketball for a few more years before transitioning into WWE.

The team for the podcast sent along the following quotes to WrestleZone.

ENES ON WHEN HE PLANS TO LEAVE THE NBA FOR WWE

“I think I am hoping to play five more years. So like, yeah, I got to finish up like 14-15 years in the league.”

ENES ON WHETHER HE’S GONNA BE A HEEL OR BABYFACE

“Oh my God. I’m going to be a heel. I’ll be the biggest heel the WWE has ever seen!”

“I feel like it is more fun. It’s like entertaining people more. And for me, it’s like getting in people’s face and trash talk them and troll them. I don’t cuss, but I trash talk a lot… It’s just definitely more fun to go out there and be a heel, be a bad guy, I don’t know, I just like it better.”

ENES ON WHAT HIS MOVIE MATCH WOULD BE LIKE

“I think because I’m coming from playing basketball, I would be playing one on one with somebody and then as soon as he’s like taking a shot, right. I’m probably just like attacking him and just like, I don’t know, just body slamming him.

ENES ON GRONK BEING THE CURRENT 24/7 CHAMPION AND THE DREAM SUMMER SLAM MATCH IN BOSTON THAT COULD’VE BEEN

“So the Summer Slam was actually going to be in Boston at TD Garden this summer, but I think it’s canceled. So, I was thinking like, if me and Gronk go against each other, the Boston crib would go crazy.”

Jensen: “The only way you can get that to be bigger is if [Tom] Brady is the ref.”

Enes: “Oh my God, yeah, though right now they’d probably hate it.”

Jensen: “With a huge reveal of his [Buccaneers] jersey.”

ENES ON HIS WRESTLING ‘MT. RUSHMORE’ – TOP 4 WRESTLERS OF ALL-TIME

“Obviously, Undertaker. I got to go with The Undertaker, he is my favorite. The second, I’m going with The Rock. Like you said, what he did for wrestling, it was just amazing. My third one, I’m going with Ric Flair. Just the “Woo!” and everything was just so amazing… my last one, probably Hulk Hogan.”
