The ongoing The Last Ride: Undertaker documentary on The Undertaker and his career have given us a ton of incredible insight into the legendary superstar’s career. Elias v Undertaker was set to happen in Saudi shortly after this segment. Everything about this night was electric. THINGS CHANGED. Myself and The Deadman have crossed paths multiple times since I’ve been here, and I hope it’s not the last. There is a great story to be told both on screen & behind the curtain. He’s one of the greatest to ever do it. Check out @Undertaker: The Last Ride on the @WWE network to learn more about the man behind The Undertaker.

According to Elias in a post on Instagram, the match was actually set to be between both himself and The Undertaker. If you remember, a segment between the two occurred, which apparently was set to lead into a match in Saudi Arabia. However, as he says, things changed, and The Undertaker instead went on to face Goldberg in a match that many panned as one of the worst in recent WWE history.

It’s unknown exactly how things would have gone after that, but Elias ends his post by saying that The Undertaker is still “one of the greatest to ever do it,” and tells us all to keep watching The Last Ride in order to learn more about the man.
