Ring of Honor World Champion Eddie Kingston is pleased with the success of LA Knight ahead of the biggest match of Knight’s WWE career.
At WWE Crown Jewel, Knight will challenge Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in what is expected to be Reigns’ final televised match of the year.
In an interview with Adrian Hernandez, Kingston spoke highly of Knight but had less favorable things to say about their fellow NWA alum Ricky Starks. He said,
“I like LA Knight. He’s a good dude. I’m so happy for LA Knight. That dude busts his ass.
“Ricky Starks is a little bit of a b***h, he knows that, but I’m proud of him too. I don’t like the way he’s acting but he’s cool in the sense that I can call him a b***h. But that time in NWA, I gotta give him mad love because it was just so much fun.”
Starks, Kingston, and Knight were all part of the NWA at the same time in 2019 and 2020 before signing with other promotions.
