Wrestler Dustin Rhodes recently came forth with updates about his contract with All Elite Wrestling, as well as some speculation surrounding his plans to exit from AEW.
The artist formerly known as Goldust emphatically clarified, “Incorrect! Please, guys, aim higher. True, my contract expires in September, but I am definitely NOT DONE. I am participating in the best fights of my career and, God willing, I aspire to retire under my own conditions, honoured and with a full heart. I’m hopeful the discussions go smoothly as I’m worth a lot.
Rhodes added in his statement,”What truly matters to me is ensuring my family’s welfare and wrapping up when I feel ready, and exactly as per my retirement vision.
Urging his fans for patience, he added, “So, hold off guys. My profession is my life, and I relish serving you whilst still having fun and being capable.
The wrestler used the hashtag to thank his fans, “#KeepSteppin and thank you all for your unwavering love and support!”
To conclude, Rhodes stressed that this business is his life, and he loves doing it for the fans while he’s still capable and enjoying it.
