Below is the official announcement:
“Absolutely thrilled!!! @RhodesWrestling is taking off!!

Subsequently, in a conversation with Dave LaGreca of Busted Open Radio, Tony Khan, AEW President, remarked about the impending match-up between Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness on AEW Dynamite. He stated,
“Bryan and I originally settled on a three-year agreement. Things took an unexpected turn when Bryan clinched the AEW World Championship title. Bryan was driven [in the Owen Hart Tournament], inspired by a stirring speech from Jeff Jarrett…Bryan’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. However, soon after his triumph, there was the shocking betrayal of Jon Moxley, which stirred up quite a storm.”
