Tuesday saw a message from MJF on Twitter, where he disclosed his struggles with a tricky travel situation while on his way for his bout with Kyle Fletcher at AEW Dynamite.
The holder of the AEW American title unexpectedly revealed that Tropical Storm Debby has resulted in the cancellation of all flights heading to North Carolina. Consequently, he is making a 10.5 hour journey by road to ensure he arrives in time for the match. In his declaration, he stated:
“All flights to North Carolina have been cancelled, most likely because no one in their right mind would ever want to go to that garbage state (not my America). But since I am an American Hero and I have an obligation to my country to kick Kyle Fletcher’s ass, I am currently driving 10.5 hours to give Will Ospreay a glimpse of what’s coming at Wembley. #ThankMeLater”
