A bench warrant for Teddy Hart in his ecstasy possession case in Florida has been recalled.
As we previously reported here on eWn, a bench warrant was issued for Hart back in April after he failed to show up at another hearing in the case. This marked the second time he missed the hearing.
As of this writing, there is no word on why the warrant was rescinded. Additionally, there isn’t any court dates set as of now.
Hart was arrested on July 15, 2023 in Florida and charged with possession of MDMA (ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance without prescription. Both of these charges are third degree felonies in the state of Florida.
