Drake Maverick Returns To WWE RAW
Drake Maverick is back on WWE RAW.
The former WWE 24/7 Champion returned to the red brand on Monday night after a lengthy run on NXT. He confronted his rival from the past, R-Truth, when the latter tried to take his “baby” back from the current champion, Reginald.

Maverick’s time in the WWE 24/7 Championship scene remains memorable, as his attempts to consummate his marriage produced some interesting television in the early days of the title’s history. During Maverick’s return, Truth referenced this storyline when he told Maverick, “Go home to your wife.”
As of this writing, it’s unclear whether this appearance signals a full return to WWE RAW for Maverick.

Doudrop Isn’t Finished With Eva Marie
Shortly after Maverick’s appearance, Doudrop cut a promo backstage and made it clear that she’s not done with Eva Marie yet. The woman once known as Piper Niven picked up a controversial win over Marie when the master of “Eva-lution” was unable to compete last week. Hoping to pick up a more decisive victory, Doudrop challenged Marie to a match for next week’s show.
