At the San Diego Comic-Con, AEW wrestler Dr. Britt Baker had a chat with Ringside Collectibles about her AEW comeback and her lasting rivalry with Mercedes Mone. In responding to whether she sees herself as a thorn in Mone’s side, Baker remarked,
“I would flip that on you. I would say I’m more of a thorn in her side because now I’m back, and the games are over. You can’t just look in the mirror and pretend. Now you have to live up to it, and you’re not the face of the division, I am. So who’s the thorn in whose side? It’s me because I’m the friendly reminder that you’re full of .”
The AEW TBS Championship will feature a showdown between Dr. Britt Baker and Mercedes Mone at an event dubbed AEW All In: London, due to take place at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 25.

In a separate interview with Ringside Collectibles, AEW wrestler Darby Allin expressed his views about Jack Perry’s transformation, stemming from his quarrel with CM Punk the previous year. Allin explained,
“No, it’s really interesting because I felt like last year, Jack Perry was going to All In as a heel, but I really didn’t feel like he like found his niche. Unfortunately, he did what he did, but weirdly enough, I feel like that actually made him find his niche. They say wrestling’s the best when you’re yourself turned up to 100, and he’s just a do*chebag, so it’s kind of cool that he can just be his normal self.”
