Dominik Mysterio Retains North American Title At WWE NXT Great American Bash

During Sunday night’s WWE NXT Great American Bash pay-per-view event, Dominik Mysterio defeated Wes Lee and Mustafa Ali to retain the NXT North American Championship in a Triple Threat title showdown.

Ali climbed the top rope for a 450 Splash on Lee for the pin but Rhea Ripley pulled Ali to the floor, allowing Dominik to go up top and deliver a Frogsplash on the former champion for the pin to win and retain the title.

Mysterio’s NXT North American Title reign now stands at 12 days, winning the gold from Lee on the July 18th episode of NXT.
