Dominik Mysterio On Being Nervous Working With Brock Lesnar

Dominik Mysterio may be a tough-as-nails hardened criminal (at least in his own mind) but he was understandably nervous about working with Brock Lesnar.

Prior to his in-ring debut in 2020, Dominik played a part in Lesnar’s brief feud with Rey Mysterio which saw the two veterans do battle at Survivor Series 2019.

Speaking on the “Inside the Ropes” podcast, Dominik recalled collaborating with Lesnar. He said,

“I remember being super nervous getting involved with Brock Lesnar. I mean, for obvious reasons. But yeah it was a very very interesting part to start my career with WWE in 2019. It was a lot of fun.” 

Lesnar and Dominik have never faced off one-on-one but both men were part of this year’s Men’s Royal Rumble match.

Dominik will face Cody Rhodes, who has had his own issues with Brock Lesnar, this weekend at the WWE Money in the Bank 2023 pay-per-view event.
