Dominik Mysterio: ‘It Was An Honor To Get Thrown Around By Brock Lesnar’

Dominik Mysterio has made a name for himself in the short time he’s been in the WWE, but the superstar still gets awe-struck at times. Speaking to Metro about his career as a whole, the younger Mysterio admitted he was very excited when he got attacked by the infamous Brock Lesnar.
After being around the world of professional wrestling as a child, Mysterio began training to get into the ring himself. During a 2019 episode of Monday Night RAW, Lesnar brutally attacked both Rey and Dominik, something that the younger Mysterio saw as an honor. ‘It was an honor to get thrown around by Brock Lesnar,” he said. “It was definitely a crazy experience. My dad didn’t tell me! He knew someone was gonna beat me up, and he didn’t wanna tell me who.”
Mysterio went on to say that he was trying to guess just who would be attacking them, but couldn’t figure it out. Now, both he and his father will continue their rivalry with Seth Rollins on Friday Night SmackDown, as all three were drafted by the brand during the latest WWE Draft.
