Dolph Ziggler Talks Fighting For ‘Two Damn Minutes’ Against Goldberg, Threatening to Quit

Speaking with Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Dolph Ziggler gave a peek behind the curtain on his Goldberg match from this year’s SummerSlam. While admitting to being a fan of the former WCW champion as a kid, he saw the encounter as purely business. Even so, he said he fought for more time.
They go ‘it’s going to be a bell, spear, pin’… I go ‘c’maaan’. I fought all day long, threatened to leave, threatened to quit and said give me two damn minutes! I got a minute, whatever…
