Khan’s second lawsuit alleged that a “conspiracy to kidnap” herself & her children had been created by co-defendants, including The Rock, Nikki Garcia, and Mick Foley.
Other names allegedly part of the conspiracy include Maryse, The Miz, Jim Cornette, Billy Corgan, Chris Benoit, and basketball legend Michael Jordan.
PW Insider reports that on October 10, United States District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain dismissed the lawsuit.
It was further added that there had been no movement on the case for months before the original dismissal back in June this year.
