On a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, ECW legend Tommy Dreamer shared his insights on the NXT Women’s Title bout between Chelsea Green and Roxanne Perez, which took place during Tuesday’s edition of NXT TV.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On Roxanne Perez vs. Chelsea Green: “I really, really enjoyed it. Roxanne Perez [was] showing [why] she is the NXT Women’s Champion. Great match from Chelsea Green. I loved the thread throughout with Chelsea Green having sit-downs with her, Arianna Grace, and Gigi Dolin — [it] was a great thing.”

On the talents of Chelsea Green: “She’s always been a really, really good pro wrestler, and her talents really shined [on ‘WWE NXT’], though she came up on the short end of the stick. I’m sure we’ll see more greatness from her on ‘SmackDown.

During the same podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry discussed Bianca Belair’s and Jade Cargill’s successful partnership as the reigning WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair making a great tag team: “They like each other, they vibe together, and they realize that they’re great on their own, but they’re really good together, because people can see that they actually enjoy being together. And I saw a video of them walking into the arena together. And they were pulling their bags and they were talking. You know what it reminded me of? It reminded me of me and Dwayne [The Rock] when we came in together.”

On how he used to travel together with The Rock: “We used to come in the building, and we’d be laughing and joking and talking about songs that we heard in the car. And when the older wrestlers brow beat us, we had each other to lean on, to build us up. They’re building each other up. They’re the support system for each other. And now they’re going to learn how to be a tag [team]. And the advice I’m going to give them? Call Bully Ray. Call D-Von. You should call Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy. You should call Christian and Edge [Adam Copeland]. Y’all want to be a great tag team? It just don’t happen on your own.”

Furthermore, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray shared his thoughts on Lyra Valkyria’s WWE main roster debut as a RAW Superstar.

Ray expressed his concern that the former NXT Women’s Champion may have been called up too soon. However, he did acknowledge the outstanding performance by Ilja Dragunov in his match against Ricochet.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On Ilja Dragunov vs. Ricochet: “He didn’t get off of him to try and cover him and hook a leg, he didn’t go into a normal pinning predicament, he stayed laid out over the top of Ricochet, almost too exhausted to do a traditional cover, but laid just enough weight on him to get the three count. S**t like that sticks with me, I loved it.”

On Lyra Valkyria vs. Dakota Kai: “Too soon? Yeah, could be, maybe. If you listened to the crowd last night they weren’t very invested in Lyra and Dakota, there wasn’t much there. I think the effort was there, I think Lyra definitely has to be carved out a little more.”
