WWE is preparing for a series of significant modifications, particularly in their NXT brand’s weekly broadcast.
The WWE has invested a significant amount of resources to transform the edgy, warehouse ambiance of the WWE Performance Center into the NXT Arena. However, plans are in motion to relocate from that venue in the near future.
It has been announced that starting October 1, WWE NXT shows will shift to The CW Network. This move marks the network’s first time hosting WWE content since 2008.
According to reports from Fightful Select, it’s unlikely the NXT shows at the WWE Performance Center will be cancelled altogether.
Such reports suggest that the WWE Performance Center, located in Orlando, will likely continue to serve as a regular venue for weekly NXT shows. This is expected to be the case after the brand’s introductory premier episodes in cities like Chicago and St. Louis.
