The reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion, GUNTHER, shed some light on his career choices while speaking at “The Ariel Helwani Show”. Notwithstanding his suitable style for NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling), there were zero conversations with them prior to his WWE association, he revealed. He said,
“No, not in the slightest. In my view, the business style of Japan, particularly in the United States, is quite slow paced. ‘I desire things, and I prefer them immediately.’ Their pace is rather slow.”
GUNTHER went on, “The collaboration could have materialized sooner or later, but I reached the pinnacle of what was possible earlier and need to be cognizant of my finances. ‘I must make a strategic move now.’ With NXT, I sensed a positive mood. It’s a distinct milieu, and I can grow and function in it without having to transition and join the primary roster.”
At her recent visit to the “Ring the Belle” podcast, WWE Superstar Katana Chance expressed her wish for a duel with her tag team collaborator, Kayden Carter, against The Hardys (consisting of Matt and Jeff Hardy).
Some key points from the podcast are provided below:
On her aspiration of fighting against The Hardys: “If feasible, I’d prefer a match between myself and Kayden versus The Hardy Boyz. In the past, while watching wrestling with my sister, we were always drawn to The Hardy Boyz. They indulged in the thrilling things. It’s similar to our goals.”
On The Hardys’ significant influence on both Chance and Carter: “Although we’re slightly tempered in comparison, we aspire for viewers to be astounded and think, ‘Wow, I didn’t foresee someone doing that.’ Hence, they’ve been a considerable catalyst. Hence, a bout between us and The Hardy Boyz would be genuinely exciting.”
