Derrick Lewis might be set to appear on WWE programming following the merger of WWE and UFC under the TKO banner.
Lewis is scheduled to face Rodrigo Nascimento in his next fight at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night in St. Louis, Missouri, where he will headline the event. During a media interview, Lewis addressed a potential move to WWE.
“What’s the TKO? (Lewis responded when asked if there could be a crossover to WWE via TKO merger)… Oh, yeah, yeah. We’re actually in talks right now. We’ve been talking for a few months now. I was supposed to go down there in February to check everything out.”
