Deonna Purrazzo will make her long-awaited in-ring debut on tonight’s new episode of IMPACT Wrestling.
IMPACT Wrestling has announced that “The Virtuosa” will face off with Alisha Edwards in singles action on tonight’s show; the match was added to the card earlier this morning.
The late announcement is likely due to the fact that IMPACT pulled an advertised six-man tag match featuring Joey Ryan after he was fired last night. Shortly after IMPACT announced they’d terminated the contracts of Dave Crist and Joey Ryan and suspended Michael Elgin for allegations of misconduct, WrestleZone confirmed IMPACT would not air the scheduled six-man match.
PWInsider.com also reported any content Ryan was featured in at the last set of television tapings was being removed and it “will not see the light of day.” In order to fill in Tuesday’s show, IMPACT had to re-record voiceovers so everything would properly fit in place.
Other matches confirmed for tonight’s broadcast include Taya Valkyrie vs. Susie and Willie Mack & The Deaners vs. Chris Bey, Johnny Swinger & A Mystery Partner.

Purrazzo initially made several appearances with IMPACT between 2014 and 2017 and spent the last two years with WWE under the NXT banner. WWE released her from her contract in April and IMPACT began hyping her return in pre-taped vignettes this month. She was featured on IMPACT on June 9 and attacked Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace, placing her in the Fujiwara Armbar.
