Professional wrestler Deonna Purrazzo recently shared a multitude of potential opponents she wishes to face in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), including Mercedes Mone, Kris Statlander, and Skye Blue. These remarks were made on a fresh episode of the “SHAK Wrestling” podcast, where Purrazzo revealed a list of competitors she has set her eyes on in Tony Khan’s wrestling promotion.
Besides, Purrazzo, who is a former TNA Knockouts Champion on three occasions, conveyed her aspiration to participate in a submission match in AEW. Below are some highlights from the podcast:
On the topic of adversaries she’d want to confront in AEW, Purrazzo stated, “Regarding opponents, I feel like there’s so many, and there’s so many bouts between women on a roster that I’ve never had the privilege to experience. I’ve never wrestled Kris Statlander up till now. A considerable amount of time has passed since I’ve wrestled Skye Blue. It’s also been numerous years since I’ve wrestled Willow Nightingale. Hence, these are merely two names straight off the top of my mind. We have seen Mercedes Mone claim the TBS Championship, and hence a shot at that title is something I would be certainly ready for.”
On her wish to take part in a submission match in AEW, she expressed, “Concerning a stipulation, I believe a Submission Match is perfectly suited for me. Therefore, that is always my foremost preference. I assume perhaps myself and Thunder Rosa are heading towards that. I envision a stipulation for the decider match between us and slightly leaning towards a Two out of Three Falls cause, and it sounds interesting. Long ago, I had proposed in TNA, to execute a Texas Bull Rope Match or something akin. Therefore, yes, there’s a fair amount of remarkable stipulations that women have yet attempted in all of professional wrestling and I think these could make for unique first-time-ever experiences for AEW.”
