Daniel Bryan Suffered Bruised Kidney Due To Jey Uso’s Attack

Last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown ended with a brutal attack on Daniel Bryan at the hands of Jey Uso. After the attack, Bryan was left stretched off, and WWE has updated fans on the status of Bryan coming out of the show.
According to an update from WWE, the medical team from the company recommended that Bryan be transported to a local medical facility, where multiple imaging tests were performed. The tests revealed that Bryan had suffered a bruised kidney and multiple strains and contusions throughout his thoracic and lumbar spine. WWE stated that Bryan was released from the facility last night, and that he’s now recovering at home. Whether or not Bryan will appear at next week’s episode of SmackDown remains to be seen, but it will be an interesting situation to monitor.
