Daniel Bryan Demands A Title Match At WrestleMania 37, Gets Attacked By Edge Instead

Daniel Bryan opened up tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown by coming down to the ring with a steel chair, and ended it by being the victim of a surprise attack by Edge.

After coming down to the ring and bragging about his ability to force Roman Reigns to tap out at Fastlane, Bryan then said Edge is to blame for his loss at the pay-per-view. Bryan went on to say that he was tired of waiting for things to happen, and that he wants a spot in the main event of WrestleMania 37, and a title shot against Reigns tonight.

In response to his rant, Adam Pearce made his way out, saying that he couldn’t grant a title match for Bryan, as Reigns’ next title defense would be against Edge. Bryan then said that he would face off against the winner immediately after, to which Pearce said that would be too unfair. However, Edge made his way out to the ring and angrily yelled that Bryan didn’t deserve a title match, before the two started fighting. After trading shots for a bit, Edge hit Bryan with a massive spear before slamming a chair down onto his back.
