Damian Priest: I Won’t Go Easy On Bad Bunny At Backlash
– ADVERTISMENT –

Damian Priest will hold nothing back when he faces Grammy Award winner Bad Bunny this weekend at Backlash.

During the post-WrestleMania 39 RAW, Bunny was attacked by the Judgment Day member, and their upcoming match will be the first singles match for the rapper.

Speaking about Bunny (his WrestleMania 37 ally,) on this week’s “The Bump,” Priest stated that he plans to treat the performer like any other wrestler. He said,

“Bad Bunny does everything for the fans, and that’s cool for him and it works for him. The only issue is this is not a concert. This is a physical combat sport. This is what I do for a living, and I think he’s confused.

“I’m going to treat him like he’s a WWE Superstar. I’m going to beat him just like I would beat anybody else and in fact, I might give him a little extra just for the disrespect.”

Priest added that he expects the crowd to be completely in favor of Bad Bunny at WWE Backlash, which will take place this Saturday in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The show will be WWE’s first PLE in Puerto Rico since New Year’s Revolution in January 2005.
