Dakota Kai Betrays Raquel Gonzalez, Sets Her Sights On The NXT Women’s Title

Dakota Kai turned her back on her best friend this week on WWE NXT.
When Raquel Gonzalez, the reigning NXT Women’s Champion, discussed her dominance and bragged about her successful reign, Kai told the champion that she’d keep the title as long as they were together. Once Gonzalez turned her back, Kai attacked Gonzalez and left her lying in the ring.

To drive her point home, Kai grabbed the title and made it clear that she intends to challenge for the gold.

Kai and Gonzalez won the inaugural Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, and they were also the first NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.
