The Packaging

This series features the latest style packaging for 2020 as seen on Elite 72 with the red and black color scheme. In-ring images of the wrestlers are now on the side with their name on the opposite followed by statistics and an image of the wrestler on the back as well as all the others included in the set.

Kairi Sane

Kairi is one the best figures in the set in my opinion and this set is pretty stacked I might add. This is her very first Mattel figure and it comes with a ton of accessories, such as her jacket with a removable sleeve to help you get her in/out of it easier, her pirate hat, telescope, ship wheel and an elbow pad to put on her arm that goes in the bent sleeve. The detail on her attire is fantastic, from the braid in her hair to her top to the detail on her gloves, knee pads and boots. She also has swappable hands and double-jointed knees, two new features to the female figures starting this year.

Overall, Kairi is an awesome figure. Her likeness is spot on and the detail on her outfit is very well done. Mattel knocked her first figure out of the park.

Daniel Bryan

This is another awesome figure featuring his latest head scan, which can also be seen on his Series 104 figure. The scan on this figure is fantastic and looks just like Bryan with his longer hair, which unfortunately is no longer relevant to his current look but still looks awesome to say the least. He has a pretty simple attire with red lines on his trunks, knee pads and kick pads. He also has extra hands you can swap out as well as his unique eco-friendly belt. While the belt looks nice, they made it very simple compared to other belts. This is probably the way they could get it as accurate as possible to the real thing.

Overall, this is a great figure of Bryan and the belt is a nice bonus, which will probably make him sought after in that regard. Definitely one of his better Elite figures as of late.

Aleister Black

Aleister is a beauty in this set and easily my favorite as is everyone else it seems as he’s very tough to get your hands on for a decent price now. He is extremely detailed from head to toe and features an awesome, removable black vest with horns and other awesome details on it. His body is covered in tattoos like in real life, making this figure really great to look at. You have to seriously look closely to see all the details on him. He also comes with swappable hands. Unfortunately he is missing his wrist tape, but you can see all the awesome details on him without it there. Not to mention he has gray trunks, some new horned boots and knee pad molds followed by a regular knee pad and kick pad.

Overall, this figure is so cool and I highly recommend it. His first NXT Elite figure is highly sought after and now this one is too as it’s just such a beautiful piece. If you’re a fan of his I highly recommend picking this one up if you can get your hands on it. It’s just really well done and easily the gem of this stacked set.

Gran Metalik

Gran’s figures in this set are also very, very cool. These are his very first regular action figures, Mattel did release a 12″ one of him not long ago, but these are his first 6″ style figures and they’re super detailed. The main release comes in his signature blue/gold attire while the Chase variant comes in his black/gold attire. Both have a ton of detail and molding on his mask, his hair also sticks out the back and you can even see the perforation from the breathing holes on his mask. Just super detailed all around. His robe is also removable if you un-strap the straps, which is a great way to hide that aspect compared to some of Mattel’s other clothing you can remove on Elite figures.

Overall, both figures are awesome and I love them. I’m not a huge fan of his but these figures are just great. I don’t even know if I prefer the black or blue version but at least both outfits are quite different that makes them both pretty unique and fun to look at.

Elias

Elias’ latest figure is also quite nice, especially this new head scan. This new scan features his man-bun as his other Elites, and Basics for that matter, had his hair down. This likeness is really well done as they captured it so well. He comes with his scarf, swappable hands, his destructible guitar and a removable rubber shirt. The shirt doesn’t fasten closed all that well unfortunately but it still looks nice at least.

Overall, this figure is pretty good. It’s similar to his others but at least he has a different pants color and a different colored scarf and a shirt at least. The man-bun scan is really nice though and is a great updated look for him and is honestly his best head scan to date I’d say. That alone makes him worth picking up.

Triple H

Lastly we have Triple H, another underrated figure of the set in my opinion. He comes with a new biker vest, a removable hood and bandana to cover his mouth. They’re all pretty detailed with logos, etc. to make them look authentic. The hood slides right under the collar of the vest to make it look seamless but also give you the option to display it without it. Once that is removed you can see his new head scan, which I believe is different than his Elite 60 figure and it looks very nice. He features his typical attire with the black trunks, hand tape, knee pads and boots, much like majority of his figures. He comes with swappable hands as well as a water bottle accessory, which is great if you don’t happen to have those.

Overall, it is a decent figure of him if you missed out on his Elite 60 figure awhile ago. The likeness is really well done and it’s a great updated figure with the swappable hands if you rather have one of him that can do that.

Overall

Overall, I feel this set is really well done. All the figures look great honestly. The detail on many of them is mind blowing, especially Black and Kairi. Mattel really went all out on them and it shows. Aleister seems to be toughest to find as his figure is a work of art so best of luck hunting him down. If you rather than run around crazy you can get him on Ringside. Anyway, I highly recommend this set as you can get some nice updated figures of several guys as well as new faces like Kairi. Do not sleep on any of these in this set as I think you’ll regret it later, just a beautiful set of Elites.
